"Fair prices, no fuss"
I had a good experiance with The Epicentre. The prices were fair compared to a few other places I looked at, and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. Decent value for what I got, would probaly use them again tbh.

"Finally, a site that doesn’t make checkout a whole project"
This was refreshingly simple to use. The site was easy to get around, and checkout was quick, which shouldn’t feel rare but somehow does. I didn’t have to click through a million screens or hunt for basic info, so yeah, happy with the experience

"Exchange was easy, but the refund took too long"
I had to send one item back and exchange another for a different size. The return instructions were clear enough, and they got back to me the next day, so that part was fine. The exchange showed up without any hassle, which I appreciated. My only real complaint is the refund took longer than I expected. It did come through eventually, but I kept checking and it felt a bit slow. Not a huge deal, but still, the refund was slower than I would’ve liked. Overall it was a decent experience and I’d probably use them again

I ordered a few items and they all turned up looking and feeling really good. Nothing felt cheap or off, and everything seemed genuine, which is all you want when you’re spending your money. No issues, no fuss, just decent quality stuff. I’d happily order again.

"Got Help Quickly"

"Helpful advice from the staff"
I went in not totally sure what I actually needed, and the staff were really helpful. They seemed to know their stuff and made the whole thing feel easy.

They talked me through a few different options without making it overly complicated, which I really appreciated. I also didn’t feel rushed or pushed toward the most expensive choice, which was a big plus.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the reply time was a little slow. Other than that, I’m really happy with the advice I got
